    Ingredients

    • Atta (mota) – 500gms/4cups
    • Ghee – 300gms/ 1¼ cup
    • Breakfast sugar – 400gm/2cups
    • Black cardamom powder – ½ tsp
    • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
    • Dry fruits chopped – 75gms/ ¾cup
    • Gaund (optional) – 100 gms/1cup
    • Almonds chopped – ¼ cup
    • Cashewnuts chopped – ¼ cup
    • Walnuts chopped  – ¼ cup
    • Raisins – ¼ cup

    Heat a little ghee and cook gaund in it till it puffs and becomes crisp. Remove and keep aside till it cools. Crush it and keep aside.
    In the same ghee lightly fry the nuts and melon seeds. Remove and keep aside.

    Heat remaining ghee and add atta. Cook atta on low heat till it browns. Remove and let it cool down. Now add the both cardamom powders and sugar. Mix them up along with dry fruits and crushed gaund.
    Shape them like the typical pinnis with finger marks.

    Pinni Milk Shake using leftover Pinni Methai

    Ingredients
    Milk - 1½ cup
    Pinni - 1 no
    Cardamom Powder - a pinch
    Rose water - 1 tbsp
    Nuts - handful

    Method
    To make Pinni Shake pour the milk along with the remaining ingredients in a bender. Blend until smooth, pour it out in a glass and serve. You may add some sugar if you wish.
