    (Sandwich spread of home made caramel, bananas & hazelnuts. It’s tasty & super smooth sandwich spread)
    Serves – 4-6
    Prep time – 10 mins
    Cooking time – 15mins

    Ingredients
    Bananas – 2 nos
    Sugar – 1 cup
    Cream – 1 cup
    Butter – 1 tbsp
    Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
    Hazelnuts roasted -½ cup

    In a non stick pan sprinkle & spread the sugar. Allow the sugar to melt and caramelise on low heat. Do not stir just swirl the pan to ensure the sugar caramelises evenly. Add cream and mix it well. Once the cream is completely incorporated remove from heat and add a dollop of butter. Remove the sauce into the mixer grinder jar .
    Peel the bananas and and add it to the mixer grinder jar. Add vanilla extract and roasted hazelnuts. Blend the contents into a smooth puree. Remove the spread from the jar into a bowl. Spread it on sliced bread and serve. You can store the spread for up to a week in the fridge.
